Cannabis Chimichurri: Argentina's Steak Sauce With Raw Weed Leaves
A five-minute blender sauce that puts your fresh fan leaves to work, no buzz included.

Cannabis chimichurri is Argentina's classic garlic-and-herb steak sauce with a handful of raw cannabis leaves blended in. Because the leaves go in raw, the THC stays mostly in its acid form (THCA), so this sauce won't get you high. Think of it as a fresh, leafy twist on the original: weed is, after all, a flavorful green packed with nutrients and non-intoxicating cannabinoids that some research suggests play a role in keeping the body in balance.
Fresh cannabis chimichurri

• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

• 4 garlic cloves
• 1/2 cup parsley
• 1/4 cup raw cannabis leaves
• 2 tbsp fresh oregano
• 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• Juice of 1/2 lemon

2. Salt to taste.
3. Spoon it over a choripán (Argentina's chorizo sandwich), grilled steak or anything else you like!
